DENNIS MILLER
My journey with kettlebells started over 10 years ago when I was introduced by a work colleague, who generously taught me the basics. Our lunch time kettlebell practice turned into a twice-a-week ritual that lasted for years. From that first session, I was hooked—not just by the challenge, but by the way kettlebell training builds real strength, resilience, and mental toughness. Since then, I've gone on to earn my SFG I StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor Certification (April '24) and later passed the NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) exam (August '24).
As a coach, I focus on efficient, fundamentally sound training that helps people get stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence. I emphasize proper technique, smart progressions, and sustainable intensity—so you’re not just working hard, but working efficiently. My coaching style is direct, supportive, and built around getting results while keeping training enjoyable and injury-free.
When I’m not coaching or training with kettlebells, you’ll find me fly fishing, hiking, paddle boarding, reading, listening to vinyl records or driving my son all over the Pacific Northwest for travel hockey.
