Bent Press Workshop
Come join Coach Tash for the Bent Press Workshop! If you’ve never done the bent press or are still unfamiliar with it, you won’t want to miss the value and benefits that come with honing in on this skill.
We spend most of our time moving forward and backward, in the sagittal plane. The bent press is unique because it takes your body through multiple planes of motion. This is important for balancing things out in your body. It requires many joints to act together, which can greatly improve overall coordination as well as proprioception, mobility, stability, timing, and
Strength. Not to mention this skill is FUN! We hope to see you there.
