These are true SMALL group classes capped at 8 people.

KETTLEBELL STRONG
In this class, we will be honing in on the 6 fundamental kettlebell skills: swing, get-up, clean, press, squat, and snatch. This class is great for beginners just starting out with kettlebell training or anyone who just loves all things kettlebells.

STRENGTH FOR LONGEVITY
The focus of this class is on building strength & resilience for long term health. You will find a mix of active mobility work, lifting heavy things (barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, etc), body weight exercises, using unique implements like maces and Indian Clubs, and most importantly, some intentional breathing. This class is often very popular for our “Bend Active Lifestyle” folks as it's great for preparing you for all the outdoor adventures Bend has to offer.

KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING
This is an intermediate to advanced level class. All participants must have a solid foundation of kettlebell skills, specifically the ballistic skills such as the swing, clean, snatch, and jerk. This class will use kettlebells and bodyweight movements with a greater focus on conditioning, meaning higher reps and lower weight. This class is faced paced with minimal rest time, so expect your heart rate to be elevated the whole time.
If you're looking for more muscle endurance training, this is a great complimentary class to our Strength for Longevity and Kettlebell Strong classes.
