KETTLEBELL STRONG

In this class we will be honing in on the 6 fundamental kettlebell skills: swing, get-up, clean, press, squat, and snatch. This class is great for beginners just starting out with kettlebell training or anyone who just loves all things kettlebells.

STRENGTH FOR LONGEVITY

In this class we will be honing in all things that make us strong & resilient for long term health. This class will be a mix of active mobility work, lifting heavy things (barbells, sandbags, kettlebells, etc), stability training, body weight exercises, breath work, and unique implements like maces & Indian clubs. This class is often very popular for our “Bend Active Lifestyle” folks as it's great for preparing you for all the outdoor adventures Bend has to offer.

KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING

An intermediate to advance level class. All participants must have a solid foundation of kettlebell skills. Specifically the ballistic skills such as the swing, clean, snatch, and jerk. This class will use kettlebells and bodyweight movemens with a greater focus on conditioning, meaning higher reps and lower weight. This class is high pace with minimal rest time, expect your heart rate to be elevated the whole time.

If you're looking for more muscle endurance training, this is a great complimentary class to our Strength for Longevity and Kettlebell Strong classes.

SISTERS IN STRENGTH

This is a women's 55+ strength training class that is great if you...

  • ​Have Osteoporosis or Osteopenia 

  • Want to prevent getting Osteoporosis or Osteopenia 

  • Are having some post menopausal physical challenges

  • Are new to strength training and need guidance and support 

  • Are looking for community with like minded women that are tackling their health with a more holistic approach

  • Want to have some fun and challenge themselves in a new way

  • Want to feel strong and capable to do what they love

Lifting 101- Teens Strength Class

Fluid Strength’s Lifting 101 class is for teens who want to learn the fundamentals of strength training, and feel more confident in their sport, lifting weights, or just in their body. With longevity in mind, the main goal of this class is to equip youth with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to grow into active, capable, and strong individuals as they move into adulthood and beyond. We will cap this small group class at 8 students, allowing us coaches to provide a safe space for teens to train with an emphasis on fun and exploration of movement.
