In a Private Session the focus is 100% on you and reaching your goals. That being said, this is going to be our most accelerated option we offer here at Fluid Strength.

Private coaching is usually for anyone who:

  • Wants a faster track to reaching their goals.

  • Prefers one-on-one coaching.

  • Has a “tight” schedule and needs flexible scheduling options.

  • Wants to train for a specific certification or athletic competition.

  • Those who are brand new to strength training or kettlebell training.

  • Those who need specific attention to injuries or limitations.
