Strength for Longevity Online Group Program
This group program's focus is on building strength & resilience for long term health. You will find a mix of active mobility work, lifting heavy things (barbells, kettlebells, whatever you have access to), body weight exercises, a little conditioning work, and most importantly, some intentional breathing.
Movement Snacks for Busy Parents
Designed to be done in 10 minutes or less, these no-equipment-needed movement wins can be done all together to warm you up for the day, get you ready for an outside adventure, or can be broken up and sprinkled into a busy work day. They are great for priming the nervous system and mobilizing some major joints.
