RUN COACHING FAQ'S
Q:
How do I sign up for run coaching?
A: Fill out the Run Coaching Contact form. I will email you by the next business day with details on how to get started based on the program you are most interested in. If you need help choosing the right program for you, I will further breakdown the different options and guide you to the one that might best fit your lifestyle and goals.
Q:
Do I need any prior running or strength training experience?
A: It is highly recommended that you have some strength training and running experience before signing up for the “Base Run/Strength Program”. If you are new to strength training, the “Personalized Program” would be a great place to start.
Q:
How does billing work?
A: If you are signing up for the 12-week long “Base Run/Strength Program” you will be charged a one-time fee of $60 through our billing software, Pike13. You may choose to pay an additional one-time fee of $40 to receive weekly video feedback throughout the 12 weeks.
If you are signing up for the “Personalized Program” or the “Base Run Program”, you will be billed monthly on the date you purchased the program. For example, if you purchased on the 5th of December, you will be billed the 5th of every month.
Q:
What if I need to cancel my membership?
A: There are no refunds for the “Base Run/Strength Program”.
You can cancel your “Personalized Program” or “Base Run Program” at any time by emailing me (rivers@fluidstrengthgym.com). You will not be refunded if you already paid for a new month.
Q:
When do I receive my program?
A: For the “Base Run Program” and “Base Run/Strength Program”, you will have access to your program in TrueCoach by the following business day after payment is received.
For the “Personalized Program”, you can expect to see your program in TrueCoach within 3 business days after payment is received.
